Guangdong Shaoguan Renhua County Huayue Gangue Thermal Power Co.Ltd
Foshan HuaHeng Petrochemical Co.Ltd,holding 47.812% equity,entered a joint venture along with Guangdong Electric Power Development Company(a subsidiary of Guangdong Yuedean Group Co.Ltd),30% equity;FangNeng Investment Co.Ltd,7.188% equity, and Guangdong FangSha Group,15% equity,in the Huayue Gangue Thermal Power Co. Ltd project in 2002.The registered capital for this project was RMB 180 million and the gross investment was approximately RMB 560 million.
The thermal power plant is located in Renhua County of Shaoguan,Guangdong Province.It is a comprehensive utilization power plant,which includes two sets of 60MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers and turbo generator units.As a thermal power project,with the national industrial policy support and tax exemption, it generates power using low calorific value(1000~3000 kcal/kg)coal gangue excavated from local mines.The CFB technology fully utilizes the coal gangue,preventing it forming sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide emission. The de-sulphurized rate could reach up to 90% and the filtered efficiency could reach 99.8%.

The industrial wastewater discharged into the disposal plant can be recycled through an environment protection process by a series of measures.We rely on scientific progress, encouraging energy saving and emission reduction to promote a clean and green production.
