China Resources Power Holding (South China Branch) Award Its First Spot Cargo On Its New Commissioning Power Station To Foshan Huaheng Petroluem & Chemicals Co Ltd And Its Affiliate Evernal Energy Pte Ltd

Through month’s of discussions, Foshan Huaheng Petroluem & Chemicals Co Ltd and China Resources Power Holding (South China Branch) reach agreement on a transaction recently. The transactions start with a 120,000mt spot or trial cargo that China Resources awards to Foshan Huaheng its affiliate Evernal Energy through a tender. Both parties will at the same time commence discussions on a three-year term supply agreement with annual contract volume of 1.5 million Australian thermal coal 5500 NAR basis starting early 2013.
