Foshan Huaheng Petroleum & Chemical Co., Ltd was founded in October 1998 and is
a private shareholding company.
Our main activity streams are based in the Chinese market where we engage in the trading of petroleum and its products. We are actively engaged in the development of the clean energy industry, and also in establishing an operating strategy for bridging between the international and domestic market of energy supply.
In the past 13 years, Huaheng has gradually transformed from a sole trading house, to a trading and real asset investment entity, changing our focus from conventional energy to clean energy.
We have also established a stable market network; leading to a solid foundation in clean energy (eg. Hydroelectric and Energy recycling business).
Huaheng’s employees also carry out meticulous research into the pattern and impact of the energy structure to society, understanding the influence of developing new energy to our daily life, as well as recognizing the business opportunities that present themselves.
Starting in 2008, we aggressively searched for long-term LNG sources overseas, participating in proposed LNG trading and utilization schemes.
Concurrently, we are communicating with Australian and South African thermal coal suppliers in order to diversify our trading base, having already achieved considerable progress.
In our investment area, Huaheng has proven very progressive in clean energy development, and has a target of building 2 to 3 gas-fired power plants in the existing region.
We also study and develop potential raw material resources, encompassing overseas ownership programs, to ensure a stable supply for our future activities.
Simultaneously, we are seeking business opportunities in advanced technology, such asbiotechnology application and industrialization ensuring we become a diversified enterprise.
